For best results: Keep out of areas warmer than room temperature.  Turn tin upside down and pop lotion bar into your hand.  At skin temperature, it will begin to melt.  Rub it on desired areas, then place back in the tin and finish massaging the lotion into your skin.  If lotion bar becomes stuck inside tin due to warm temperature exposure, place it in the fridge for an hour then dislodge it while it is chilled.
