Beard Oil...Wait, What?

When customers peruse our outdoor market booth, they are often surprised to see Beard Oil in our product line. Many times, it's their first exposure to such a product. Some wonder what the purpose is, so here's a bit of a breakdown of the ingredients, their benefits, and why you may consider adding a quality Beard Oil to your quiver of body care products.

  • Argan Oil - Ethically sourced from a Canadian company who imports this treasure of an oil from Morocco, Argan Oil is unrivaled in its ability to maintain healthy, nourished hair in a conditioned form. You've probably noticed it showing up in more hair and facial moisturizer products lately. It has a unique ability to deeply moisturize in a subtle way without being overly greasy. Thanks to its high Vitamin E content, Argan Oil is also an excellent antioxidant. Lastly, Argan Oil isn't known to clog pores, which is essential for anyone with sensitive skin to be able to trust using this product on their face.

  • Jojoba Oil - Also packed full of vitamins and minerals, jojoba oil has long been known to be an excellent natural skin and hair moisturizer. Similar to Argan Oil, Jojoba Oil is gentle enough to be safe even for those with sensitive skin or specific skin conditions such as acne, psoriasis, and eczema.

  • Sweet Almond Oil - Thanks to its emollient properties, Almond Oil has been known to have a positive impact on complexion and skin tone. Similar to Argan and Jojoba oil, Sweet Almond oil has been used for centuries. Standing this test of time without providing value is rare.

  • Coconut Oil - A small amount of Coconut Oil rounds out the recipe and contributes to a fully moisturized, itch-free beard and face.

Anyone who has experimented with beard oils knows that they are not all created equal. Premium ingredients go a long way toward providing the nourishment needed for the skin, with its natural oil production system interrupted by the facial hair growth. Some are able to grow a beard without any itching or issues. For others, the first few weeks often are cause to just give up, as patchy, flaky, incessantly itchy skin develops under the facial hair. If you've ever experienced discomfort with your beard growth, this product will make a world of difference. With just a hint of fresh fragrance, it calms and soothes your skin while leaving your facial hair feeling like the hair on your head after a good conditioning. Even if you do not experience any beard itch, this will help keep your beard looking and feeling its best.
